Bookkeeping & Accounting Guidance Package

For a fee of $250.00 per month you get:

Monthly - We will review your general ledger, prepare the monthly bank reconciliation, discuss with you, or your bookkeeper, changes we are advising, if convenient for you, we can make the corrections to your computer file, using our internet tunnel service. Finally each month we provide three (3) free phone consultations with the client or his staff.

Quarterly – We will prepare the federal, state, and local payroll tax returns for three (3) employees or less. Additional employees will require additional charges.

(Note this service, or its limits, does not apply to those clients who use our full payroll service.)

Annually –  We will prepare annual payroll tax returns for three employees, business income tax returns, one federal, one state, and one local. Business returns include, Form 1120 and 1120S for corporations, and Schedule “C” for individual returns

(preparation of the full form 1040 both federal and state will be done at an additional charge).

Note: Onsite consultations and other services require an additional charge to be negotiated with the partner assigned to your account.

Virtual Bookkeeper Package

At a rate of $25.00 an hour you get:

We will perform bookkeeping services at your location via the Internet. This services requires the client to have a Computer, Internet Connection, Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or above.

Accounting Software.

• Peachtree accounting software (version 7 or higher
• QuickBooks accounting software (version 99 or higher

All though most web browsers can be used we prefer Internet Explorer

NOTE: Other accounting packages can be arranged.
